We are thrilled having spent 1.5 days discussing topics such as communication, emotional intelligence, giving and receiving feedback as well as vision thinking. But even the greater - our leaders took the chance of learning and executing improvisational theatre in order to simulate real life leadership cases. While doing this, our leaders had the opportunity to check out different leadership stiles and roles, motivate themselves and others and create relationships in order to inspire and motivate teams.
